Terms & Conditions

At Ongles Maily, our goal is to give every client a professional, safe and high-quality experience. So that everything goes smoothly — and everyone is treated fairly — we invite you to read the policies below before your appointment. By booking with us, you accept these terms.

These policies apply to all services offered at Ongles Maily, Carrefour Beauport, Québec.

1. Appointments

Booking an appointment is recommended to reserve the time and technician of your choice. Walk-in clients are welcome, subject to availability.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time for check-in.

2. Cancellations and no-shows

Out of respect for our team and other clients, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or change to an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, and certain bookings may require a deposit at the time of booking. Any such fees are communicated to you when you book.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. The final price may vary depending on length, design complexity and add-ons; any surcharge is communicated before the service begins.

We accept cash, debit and major credit cards. Tips are appreciated but never required.

4. Gift cards

  • Gift cards can be purchased online via Square for any amount and delivered by email, or purchased in person at the salon.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and should be treated like cash.
  • We cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please check the result before leaving so any concern can be addressed right away. If you notice a technical issue with your service after you leave, contact us within 7 days so we can assess the situation and, where appropriate, provide a complimentary fix for the same shape, length and design.

Changes of preference, normal wear and damage from daily life or at-home care are not covered.

6. Health, safety and hygiene

  • Three dedicated disinfection stations are in operation at all times.
  • All tools are disinfected after every client.
  • Pedicure stations are sanitized between every appointment.
  • Dust collectors are installed at every manicure station.

Please reschedule if you are unwell, and let us know of any medical condition, allergy or sensitivity so we can adapt the service safely.
